Privacy policy

What we collect, why, who helps us handle it, and how to ask us to change or delete it. In plain words.

Who we are

This site, sixfigurereikipractice.com, sells The Six Figure Reiki Practice Manual by Tori Adekoya of Simply Reiki. When this policy says "we" or "us," it means Simply Reiki. You can reach us anytime at tori@simplyreikihouston.com.

What we collect

When you request a free guide. If you use a form on Facebook or Instagram, or on this site, we receive your first name, your email address, and any answers you give, such as where you are in your practice.

When you join our email list. We keep your name and email address, and our email service records whether emails are delivered, opened, or clicked.

When you buy. Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email address, what you bought, and the amount. We never see or store your full card number.

When you visit the site. Like most websites, our host keeps basic technical logs, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visited. We also use the tools listed under "Cookies and tracking."

When you email us. We keep your message and our reply so we can help you.

How we use it

  • To send you the guide or the product you asked for.
  • To send emails you agreed to receive. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
  • To answer your questions and run the weekly live calls you purchased.
  • To understand how people use this site so we can make it clearer.
  • To see whether our ads are reaching the right people.
  • To keep records we are required to keep for taxes and accounting.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run this business, and only so they can do that job. We may also share information if the law requires it.

The services that help us

  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram) runs our ads and lead forms, and the Meta Pixel on this site helps us measure them.
  • MailerLite sends our emails and stores our email list.
  • Stripe processes payments.
  • Microsoft Clarity shows us how people scroll and click on this site, including anonymized recordings of visits.
  • Hostinger hosts this website.
  • Google supplies the fonts on this site, which means your browser connects to Google when the page loads.

Each of these companies has its own privacy policy that covers what it does with information on its side.

Cookies and tracking

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. This site uses them so the site works properly, so we can measure visits with Microsoft Clarity, and so Meta can tell us whether our ads lead to visits, sign-ups, or purchases.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use a browser or extension that limits tracking, and adjust how Meta uses your activity for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings. The site will still work for reading and buying.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We keep purchase records as long as we need them for taxes, accounting, and refunds. Visit data in Microsoft Clarity and Meta is kept according to their own retention settings.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or stop our emails at any time. Email us and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can, and within 30 days. Depending on where you live, such as California, the European Union, or the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.

Keeping it safe

We use reputable services and reasonable precautions to protect your information. No method of storing or sending data online is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Where your information goes

Our service providers may store and process information in the United States and other countries.

Children

This site is for adults building a professional practice. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date below.
